Shipping

Orders are normally processed within [1–3 business days]. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on the item’s size, weight, destination, and selected carrier.

Large products, including Mazda Miata hardtops, body panels, and oversized components, may require special packaging or freight delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. International customers may also be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

For applicable U.S. orders, customers will be notified if an order cannot ship within the promised timeframe and may choose to accept the delay or cancel for a full refund.

Returns

Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Please contact us for return authorization before sending an item back. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for confirming their Mazda Miata generation, model year, specifications, and part compatibility before purchasing. Return shipping costs may apply when an incorrect or incompatible part is ordered.

Custom orders, special-order products, electrical parts, installed components, clearance items, and certain oversized items may not be returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Report damaged, defective, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.
