At MiataHardtops&More, customer satisfaction is important to us. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied by us.

Custom orders, special-order parts, installed components, electrical parts, clearance items, and certain used or oversized products—including Miata hardtops—may not be refundable unless they arrive damaged or are significantly different from their description.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from our error.

Customers are responsible for confirming their Miata model, year, generation, and part compatibility before ordering. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an order arrives damaged or incorrect and include clear photographs.

Orders that cannot be shipped within the promised timeframe may qualify for cancellation and a full refund as required by applicable law.
