At MiataHardtops&More, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Eligible products may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, uninstalled, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging. Customers must contact us for return authorization before sending any product back.

Customers are responsible for confirming their Mazda Miata model, generation, year, and part compatibility before ordering. Returns caused by incorrect fitment may be subject to return shipping costs and a restocking fee.

Custom orders, special-order parts, electrical components, clearance items, installed parts, and certain oversized products—including Miata hardtops—are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

Report damaged or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging.

Once an approved return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the mistake was made by us.
